DUA0 and DUA1 are RD-series (ST506, MFM) disks which apparently were never offered in these systems. Only early versions on the adapter board include all the parts required to use them, and even many of those lack the corresponding 34- and 20-pin connectors. DUA3 may be reserved for the second half of an RX50 dual floppy drive. (No information is available on whether an RX50 would work. The firmware V1.5 does not work with an RX33.) The (earlier) full-function ST506/SCSI board includes three eight-pin DIP IC's and a few passive parts which are missing on the (later) floppy-only version. In the serial line controller section, the six items are: Keyboard port, Video port, Communication port, Printer port, Keyboard self-test, and Mouse self-test.
